I don't recall that there is a field to change the time per se on the PAP2T.

I use time.nist.gov and time-a.nist.gov as time servers for my PAP2T and router.

Check the web interface. Typically they synchronize with internet time serevrs, so you only need to make sure you have the correct time zone set.
