Echo on receiver side of conversation

I have been using freephone through SPA3102 and I have philips se 455 from starting and I have nearly being unable to talk as the receiver is constantly hearing the echo of his voice. Every one is complaining to me about the echo they hear when I am talking through this phone. I don't even use speaker phone as it can even get in a way. Can anyone help me resolve this problem and also I have tried using other phone but the echo for receiver doesn't go.
