No inbound calls or vmail
Something I just noticed after purchasing a config file for my Linksys PAP2 is that if the internet connection goes down for any reason, or the power goes out in our area, when someone tries to call my FPL local tel #, they sometimes get a fast-busy signal (beeping), a very long delay, and then sometimes a message that the person they're trying to reach is unavailable, but the call does not go to vmail. Regardless, the call should still go to vmail, correct? Or am I missing something here? Thank you.

Yes, voicemail. Or if you set followme to forward, then it would forward.
To recover, your ATA needs to register again at FPL's servers. There's a setting in your ATA where you get to set a number of minutes after which registration is renewed. Default is 60 minutes for mine.
