no outgoing calls

As of today 8.31pm EST, my call got dropped and i can't dial any outgoing numbers including voicemail. Prior to that, around 8.10pm, the call started getting choppy for couple of seconds and finally dropped at 8.31. I now get a dial tone but after dialing any number (including VM), it's just plain dead air.

- What is the phone you're using? Softphone? Windows, mac? SIP phone? Analog phone with ATA?
- etc. Describe your setup, what you have so we get an idea what to look for

Its Cable modem --> WRT54G --> Cisco pap2t --> Cordless phone

I switched the modem, router and pap2t off for 5 minutes and powered it up again. The cable modem and router is online and I can surf on my pc. The phone1 led on Pap2t is no longer green and now i have lost dialtone. I only have Internet and power indicator as green on the Pap2t.

EDIT: In the Pap2t admin page, it shows:
Registration State: Can't connect to login server

I second the problem, no dial tone and can't make any calls as off 8:30pm today.
