So I got the confirmation email saying my number had been ported. I entered the new number into my ATA device and can make outgoing calls on my old number, but my phone line is still active. Meaning when i call my old number it doesn't go to my freephoneline but goes to the landline.
Any ideas?

Strange indeed - Could you do two things for me:
PM me both your freephoneline number along with the number you've ported in
Make sure your old provider cancelled the number
