HELP! FPL Stopped Working This Morning!

Inbound and Outbound calls stopped working sometime after 5am EDT (Monday, 13 Sept). Every call gets the same error message:

"This account is already in use. If you think this recording is in error, please contact your system administrator."

THIS IS IN ERROR! I cannot make any calls. I cannot receive any calls. Please fix this as soon as possible!

Same here...you were not alone! I had dial tone but I got the same message as you did.
So I tried to call my FPL numbers from my cell and I did not get a ring...just dead air!
Rebooted modem, router, ATA and switch...still the same...and so off to work. Around 8:00 EDT I called home from work and the phone was ringing...YAY! It does not seem to be a global issue as there are only two of us posting the problem. :P

Update: We had an issue in our downstream network that lasted until 7:57 EST this morning [Monday, Sept 13th].
