Help to configure thomson router to internet

Hi, I just have internet with you, I received the box with the router and everything. I hooked all the things and internet was working. He actually works on my ipod too (wireless) but not on my laptop (tried everything its not working). Today the internet stop and they told me to setup my router with the information provided by you. I dont have the proxy info that they ask... Dont know if me login is my dsl credentials? I cannot find anything on your site to know how to hook the router and set up internet connection.

The modem/router ships pre-configured. If you're having issues with it working on only one computer, I wouldn't try modifying the Thomson setup as a first avenue of troubleshooting.
