How to fix the no incoming calls problem. Software Phone

Step 1: Make sure all the ports are forwarded properly.
Step 2: Run the software phone application as Administrator, and elevate the premissions when asked to do so.

I noticed that the application wasn't listening on the right ports so, suspecting the problem was a permissions issue I elevated the app and now it works fine.
