Hey Guys, I've been having this problem for a while now. Every other number I try to call gives me : Your account balance is not sufficient to make that call!. I called the customer service and he told me to open ports on the router, which I did, but I still get the same thing. And also sometimes people can get to me. They call the number, it rings 4 times but the phone doesn't ring. Just goes to voice mail? Any help? I am on a PAP2-NA.
