Can't get ATA working

I got the config details but I can't make or receive calls. When I dial I get a dial tone but when I key in a number it just sits there waiting for more.
I have a Linksys WRT54GL flash with the latest DD-WRT firmware and the soft phone works fine.
I got the config to use with my Linksys SPA2102 and got the issue above. I also have a Bell Symaptico 2Wire 2701HG-G modem/router. I completely unhooked my other Linksys WRT54GL router and I'm going direct to the modem.

2Wire PPPOE to Bell > SPA 2102 ATA.
I put the ATA in DMZplus mode apparently in the 2wire modem.

Can you check to see if my account is set up ok? I attached pictures.

Under the Voice tab-> info, does it show registered for either Line 1 or Line 2 Status depending on which one you're using?

Yes, and it gives me a time of how long I've been connected for.

I called tech support and they suggested I take the slash character out of my caller ID name and now eveything works. WEIRD, I spent 2 days on this. I put the slash or underscore back in and it stopped working so that's the issue.

My caller ID comes up as unknown name though, not sure why.
