I guess no one has really tried typing something into the "Search Topic Box" at the top?? Doesn't matter what you type in, it will not work!!! It'll just give you an ERROR. Try to type "Dialing Problems", and it'll give you an error.

It does work - It may need to be configured for a wider search but it does.

Hmmm... I just tried typing "Cannot Dial Out", and it says, "The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words".... weird...

Still not working for me...I've tried a ton of searches including "no connection to server". Is that really too generic?
