Email Voice Message

My voicemail system says I have a Email Voice Message and to log onto the web to read it.

There is no option to delete (like pushing 7) and no place on the website read or clear it.

I get voicemail sents as emails, and they work fine. First I ever heard of an Email Voice Message.

Any ideas?

Not sure about email message, the one I got said I had a fax message and to go the web to read it. If that's the case, log into your account, go to mailbox tab, and it should be listed there. I usually delete them as its 99% spam. But yeah, you can't hit 7 during VM retrieval to delete it, you go to use mailbox portion on the web to access/delete.

Not fax message - email message.
Not on the web page to delete.
Cannot use 7 option to delete on the phone.
