PAP2T: Have dial tone but cannot make receive or make calls

Hi. Need help. I recently purchased the SIP settings and trying to get the ATA connected. I think I did everything by the book! I cannot receive any incoming calls nor make any phone calls. As an example, when I pick the phone up, I have a dial tone but when I punch the number in, nothing happens except that the dial tone goes away but the other person's phone does not ring. When someone calls me, my phone rings but I when pick the phone I cannot hear their voice and for the other person the phone is still ringing and eventually goes to voice mail.

Any help appreciated.

My routher is a Linksys WRT160N. Rogers Cable and the ATA is a Linksys PAP2T.

Fixed!! After going through the previous postings realised that I have a "comma" between my first name and last name. Once, I removed it. I was able to make and receive calls.

Took a few days to figure this out and now I can catch up on my sleep
