Lost the FPL tonight again. No calls , No dail-tone. This would be the 3rd night in the last six days. Can anything be done ?

New server is what's being done

Everyone is getting a newsletter at the start of the coming week explaining the changes that are taking place, our projected integration timeline and what updates might be required to be done to your softphone (if you're a softphone user). This is a well needed server infrastructure overhaul that should make these growing issues with the current server a thing of the past.

Things should be back up soon everyone - our technician is nearly there.
