Calls Not Forwarding

Post by joneeboi »

Hello,

I can't get any calls to forward. Calls just say that the person I am calling is unavailable. Here is my story. I signed up for an account, but I grabbed the wrong area code. Then I signed up for a second one, but that second one didn't forward any of my calls through FollowMe. I put in the numbers and chose the right option in the drop-down area, but nothing happened. Then I deleted the first account I had and signed up for another account on the first email, but that one isn't forwarding calls at all. In fact, I couldn't even receive calls on either of them now.

Now my question is why this is happening. Is it because of the upgrade? Is it because I signed up for two accounts? Why can't I receive calls anymore? I could before on my second account, but my third account doesn't get anything.

That would be it then - you'll need a long distance voucher to forward to areas not covered in our free calling area. Can/USA long distance calls are only 2C/min so a voucher will go a long way!
