Hello, I just received the Grandstream HT286. I have the WRT54GL linksys router that i flashed with dd-wrt. I'm able to make calls, no problem. When I receive my first call, my home phone rings. When I receive the 2nd call, the freephoneline.ca software shows a call is coming in, but my home phone does not ring. What I need to do to fix this is unplug the GS HT286 and plug it back in. This fixes the problem for the first call, but than the 2nd call that comes in the same thing happens. I than need to unplug and plug back in.
Am I missing something?

When you say the freephoneline software, do you mean the website (call logs) or the softphone?
If you mean the softphone, that is probably what your problem is. You can't have two devices (ATA and softphone) logged into the system at once.
If you mean the call logs show the call coming in, and you got the ATA from FPL, then you should be able to call support and they should be able to help you. It sounds like the ATA is loosing it's registration for some reason.
Do you know if the people the other end hear a ringing tone, or does it go to answerphone?
