FPL does not work.Outgoing calls,no sound, incoming-busy

Post by allstarplayer4491 »

Hi,
I am using Rogers ISP. The modem/gateway is SMC8014WG. I've set up port forwarding here: Image
If the image is cut off, click here: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_S0CxJ80LFn8/T ... 1600/1.jpg

When the FPL application starts, it tells me I have more than 1 active IP. I tried all the combination of port forwarding with both ip's it gives me, the public seen in the image and the local network IP (192.168.0.150).
I tried disabling all Anti-virus protection, Windows firewall, and router firewall. I've also tried to set up a DMZ for 192.168.0.150.

FPL says connected to server. Outgoing calls work fine.
Calling my number always gives a busy tone.

Any advice?

SMC's routers are known to be nasty when it comes to this type of application. My advice is to dump that SMC router and opt for a WRT54GL or any other router that can either run OpenWRT or DD-WRT.

The bindings look correct to me, so probably the binding issue isn't the problem in your situation.
