i am using ATA SPA 1001 and Dlink router most of time when i call my Freephone line no it rings and then goes to busy tone right away
any help is greatly appreciated
my ATA is connected to Router directly

Connect your ata directly to your modem then test.
If your problem persists, you probably have a bad ata or a badly configured ata.
If your tests are okay, then you have badly configured router.
Do the tests and report back if you need more help.
