No sound for incoming call!!! Please help

Does anyone else have same problem? How to solve it? ( is it related to system upgrade?)

I've got the same problem here in Vancouver this morning (can answer calls but cannot hear caller). Also no access to the answering service from my Softphone (OS X), callers cannot leave me any messages, and my outgoing number is not correct when callers receive my calls.

Not good. Anyone else have all/some of these issues on the morning of Wednesday October 6th?

We updated our announcement stating both bugs since the upgrade - both will be repaired shortly.

Can you PM me some examples of your one-way audio calls? Both your phone number, destination number, and time, will be all I need.

I have the same problem in toronto. Right now ,I can only make outgoing call, I can not receive any call.

I check my ata device,it shows unregistered ,I don`t know why!!

Unregistered definitely isn't related at all to the upgrade or any of these problems. Can you start a new thread and/or call into our support line? We'll get you going right away!

I am having the same problem as of Wednesday afternoon. I am receiving the call but I can't hear.
