I was able to get audio by making a change to my windows hosts file:
I was in fact able to 'fix' my one way audio issue by modifying my hosts file. This is probably just a temp fix, as I don't know how static the FPL IP addresses are. Anyway for the short term this worked for me. Add the following line to your windows "hosts" file:
208.65.240.165 voip.freephoneline.ca
This sends all requests for voip.freephone.line.ca to the IP address that is actually voip2.freephoneline.ca

Scratch that... That solution doesn't seem to work anymore. I guess whatever was done to VOIP has now also been done do VOIP2...

I have the same issue. audio works fine for one call only when I reset the SIP. Once I make a second call, I cannot hear the other party.

I don't have ATA/SIP just the application software on my computer. No audio in. Used to be able to hear Voice Mail, today that's gone too. No audio on VM. Is anyone with just the desktop software able to hear the other side of the call? i.e. audio in? Anyone willing to help, please? Thanks. (The sound works fine on my computer for everything else.) I tried to send an email to support but no reply.

Hello tlon,
Your phone works well now?
I have the same issue more than one month (last year the phone worked well!).
The problem is : No voice in! (438-388-xxxx)
No ATA, just the application software on my computer, the sound works fine on my computer for everything else, the router used is TP-LINK TL-WR740N with cable modem.
After the Windows XP was reinstalled, nothing was chaged - the phone did not work than before: no voice in.
By the way, my IP phone works with ATA CISCO SPA112 (514-418-xxxx) in same network.
Anyone can help me, please! Thanks! Have a nice day!
