Good luck with that. I can't even send a PM to a mod. I'm having the same issues as several others. It tells me I need 13000 open. Well I have no router and I disabled Windows Firewall to test it. Still exactly the same. And 5060-5061, 6060-6061, 13000-13001 are all open on the router.
Does the old version of the software work?
What version do I need
Where can I get it?
Who in their right mind would buy anything from this company when their service and support is so putrid?

The old one is not available, Pity as I had no issues with it whatsoever, The question is why change something that works well ?
Doesn't make much sense to me.
Ive been using other phone services without any issues, So very unlikely I would use this one again.
So....
I'm guessing FreePhoneLine is pretty much dead?
I works fine except no incoming sound, which is sort of important.
I was gearing up to switch to fongo after testing service with the desktop
(e.g. buy the ATA device and pay the $5/month)
However If I can't test it, I am not buying it.
Guess I will have to use the cable companies $20 service.
It is working now after (except for new issue at end):
1) removing all port forwards from my router
2) changing routher setting for SIP ALG from 'disabled' to 'enabled'
(cisco e4200:administration:advanced features
3) sending an email to support
Note: This was before the scheduled maintenance last night.
Today I made a call, everything working great, but got disconnected after
exactly 30 seconds of call. Did not try to repeat yet.
I seem to recall someone else having this issue, haven't searched it out yet.
