Is there a server maintance?

I can only answer calls on OBi100, but I can't dial any number.

I've not read of any. What error message are you getting, if any?

I get this message "the number you dialed 416xxxxxxx was rejected by the service provider, reason is 400."

Can you call other numbers or do you get the same error?

I get the same error on every outbound calls. It's weird, I have no problem getting inbound calls from my mobile phone.

I assume you have tried rebooting the ATA and such. Have you tried downloading the desktop app (from within your online admin) and calling the number on that?

Other than that, I would would open a support ticket and email Fongo Support (read sig). They can look at things that we can't here.

The desktop app can make outbound calls. I've rebooted the ATA a few times, the number has been working from the start till today. I've looked through OBi100 and I see this message in the call history "End Call (400 Bad Request(Bad Content-Length (larger than datagram)))."

It could be worth doing a factory reset on your OBi then, then setting it all up again. I know it's a bit of a pain, but if you can make calls through the desktop app then it is starting to point towards the ATA itself.

I don't have an OBi device so I can't really help you much with setting it up, but I know there are a couple of guides in the config section.
