Long Distance

I have don't have a long distance service currently and i don't want to be charged say if i call to the United States.
How can we check because some cities that aren't listed like guelph i think are free right?

Just went up today, so it ought to be quite up-to date on allowable "local" calling areas.

I don't believe any United States cities are considered to be on-net, but you can purchase access to the North-America LD call gateway. (I say call gateway as it requires a dial-in number... but the true call plans are currently being worked on.)
