payment page not working...

I tried to buy the sip configuration and when I submit my credit card info the purchase.pl script is giving an Internal Server Error. Please fix your payment page!! I have emailed billing@freephoneline.ca and also submitted a support ticket but am not getting a reply at all.. very frustrating.. especially since i'm TRYING to pay but there's no way to even contact anyone... :x

Hi there,

Can you please send me PM with the ticket# and I will have a look.

Also, please indicate in your PM the date and time when you open the ticket and if it was not responded in time, I will escalate it.
