Incoming calls are working. But, When I dial out the person at the other can hear me, but I can't hear them.
I am using a Cisco SPA112 box. Can anyone tell me what setting(s) I need to correct ?

You router does not know where to send incoming RTP packets. get the router to open up RTP ports 16385 to 16482 for the SPA112.
But maybe not. I got a quote for your modem, of which I agree "I've currently got a Siemens Speedstream 6520 router/modem provided to me from Bell Aliant. It is a miserable piece of junk, with Bell cripped firmware and horrible wireless capability."
In any case, one way audio is the issue of you modem not being able to route packets, and there is nothing Fongo can do to fix that.
