I just bought an unlocked PAP2 off Ebay, it works fine. There is even a setting page for that ATA.

Yes it will work
But since it isn't purchased through us, we will provide no support for it - may want to keep that in mind when making a decision!

There are also stories on some Chinese sold PAP2's catching fire, because they are fake. Mine has Vonage markings on it, so I might be lucky. I will let everyone know if it catches on fire!

I might also add, PAP2's seems to take a lot more effort to configure than the average ATA. If you want something with less hassle, the Freephoneline ATA's should be easier to set up. Me, I am stubborn, cheap, and enjoy twiddling with settings, but I can understand that most people just want the ATA to just work.
