Since yesterday my phone stop working. I followed the instructions from the online support.
powered off the ATA, modem and router for 20 mins and restarted with modem, router and then ATA. It still doesn't work
Only the power and link/act light is solid green. The rest is not on. I have been having problems recently as the phone stops working many times. I usually restart the router and it works but this time the ATA is not working. I need urgent assistance.

Are you using Grandstream HT-286? Customer support asked me to do a factory reset after trying all the methods and it worked. May be you can ask customer support to go through it with you. If you want to try, here is the link of the instruction: http://www.grandstream.com/user_manuals/HandyTone.pdf page 28. However, remember to print out the settings of the ATA before you reset it.
