No Incoming Call going to VM

Post by masmoon »

I am new to freephonline.ca

My router Linksys/SPA2102-5.2.10

No incoming calls going straight to VM no Ringing at all. Outbound calls OK can check Voice messages as well. Need help.
All the settings done according to this page. http://www.voipfan.net/ATAs/SPA210x_freephoneline.php Also I try different codes like G729a but no luck. Reboot multiple times.

Thanks.

Hi there,

Not sure why you setup using that link.

Please reset device to Factory defaults and re configure it using the below:

Let me know if there are any issues.

Thanks,

Also try dialing *73 and *79 (hanging up between calls) as you may have turned on Call Forwarding or Do Not Disturb by accident.

If you do a factory reset, that should clear anything that has been set also. So if you do a factory reset and then set it up via that guide you should have both angles covered.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but I wanted to thank Jake for this useful piece of info becoz someone at home must have accidentally activated the DND as I couldn't receive any incoming calls until I dialed *79 :D
