Help.
I'm trying to setup my FPL, but when I try to register for the Desktop app I am presented with a page that says 'Call me Now'. I have put in my cell phone number but never receive a call.
Am I doing something wrong?,
and just a general interest question, why does a service that offers a free phone line need to call an existing phone number?
