free phoneline had a problem

I use the free phone almost 4 years.one month aga, my free phone line can call out, but while I call my free phone number from my working phone, the line has no response,why?

this problem was solved by cancelling no disturb *73 +hanging up and cancelling forwarding *79+hanging up with the phone handset.
