Purchased 5$ world credit but cannot make long distance call

I purchased 5$ world credit, but when I make a long distance call from Canada to China, I got the message "the call is not covered by your tariff plan".
The call I was trying to make is 8610857402xx. I also tried to dial 008610857402xx, but got the same message.
As I found in the "http://www.freephoneline.ca/ldServices", these numbers should be supported by freephoneline.
Please confirm whether I can make calls to China with the "world credit". If not, I need my money back.

This should work with no issues. Please ensure you dial "011" followed by the number you wish to dial in China.
