App no longer installing on iOS 5.0.1

I intsalled Fongo app Version 2.4.0.135 (05/24/13) on my ifone 4s OS 5.0.1 couple of months back (was after May) and was happy with it. Today I accidentally deleted the app from my phone (instead of terminating the runinng app). Now when I re-install it says- this app requires iOS 5.1 even though the version number in the app store is the same as what i had installed earlier (so not sure why it has now started to prompt for iOS 5.1 when previosuly the same version did not). For unsaid reasons I'm unable to update iOS and didn't take backup last two months to restore. Any ideas how I can install Fonfo on iOS 5.0.1?

I think you have to upgrade to 5.1
