Destop App Problem
I have a problem in using my PC desktop app, I can call out without any problem but somebody call in, they didn't hear any tone and can not connect. I used to file a support ticket to ask but i didn't get any solution. My desktop app version is 3.2.7.0, it's a updated version. Can anybody face this problem before. Thanks in advance !!!
