no sound
Hi there, just wondering if anybody knows why I dont have any sound. I sometimes hear the ringing when i am calling someone but nobody ever picks up, Also nobody can hear me either. I am using a headset with a mic. I just joined today, and i am lost PLS HELP!!!!

As with many internet programs the softphone is subject to the rigors of your firewall/router.
If you know how to do port forwarding, you should set up port 13000 (Default port)
