Question regarding SMCD3GN router

Hi all, this is my first post! I signed up for FPL but I cannot get it to work at home where I am using the SMC SMCD3GN router/modem which I use with the Rogers Extreme Plus service.

I was recently in Florida and was able to use FPL with NO problems at all. What is happening is I am always getting "Cannot connect to Server" everytime I run the program. I have tried setting up Port Forwarding on the Router and turned off the firewall on my PC(Vista Ultimate) but it will still not connect.

Does anybody have any insight as to what my problem could be? I have tried so many things that I am convinced it is my router that is blocking Ports 5060, 5061, 6060, 6061, 13000 & 13001.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
