service down? cannot register phone to the server

I check the internet connection and dhcp ip from the linksys adapter, everything is ok, just show registration state: failed. I did't do any changes to my voip adapter.

I used it last saturday. Is the service down?

my FPL phone number 6475475080,and voip.freephoneline.ca is pingable

Go to your settings>disable the line>apply changes>enable the line>apply changes.

Scarborough,Ontario, soft phone is working very well.

Are you admin? Can you check the server log from your side?

Nope...I'm not admin. Why not give tech support a call and they will tell you if there is a problem with your account.

Can you register your ATA with another provider (to eliminate ATA problem)?
