Can't set outgoing callerID from asterisk?

Hi guys,

I use asterisk 1.4. I was enable to set outgoing callerID from extensions.conf by: Set(CALLERID(all)="my name" <1234567890>), where the number may not my actual FPL #, but my another #.
But from sometime around Mar. 23, all my outgoing calls ignored my above settings, just send my real FPL # out.
From Asterisk console, I can see my setup still work, but just FPL server side may block my settings. Am I right? Or any further changes on Asterisk I need to do?

This was done to cut back on the abuse happening from people impersonating other numbers when calling out. Our apologies for the inconvenience, unfortunately most people were using this for bad and not good, so we had to disable the functionality.

OK, no problem. But if I want to add my name with FPL # when outgoing, where can I do this?
From SIP's peer conf but not extension, right?

We send the name out, but it often won't show up for VOIP to PSTN calls. I have a sticky here in FAQ about that.

Has this been disabled recently? It was working fine a couple of weeks ago...
