I've ported my dad's phone line from Rogers to FPL a couple months ago and his incoming calls sometimes come in, sometimes it callers just get the message "Not registered on network".
any help would be much appreciated.

On your SPA 112- what is the firmware version? What is your Internet Provider (ISP)? What is the Model of your Modem and Wireless router?
You may need to open a support ticket for this issue as it looks like your line is not working at all. I saw a few other posts from you indicating that:
a) you have no audio on incoming calls
b) your audio cuts down intermittently
c) the number never worked correctly after porting from Rogers
(really confused now- incoming audio either is not working or either it cuts down)
Please review and provide additional details.
