I can't access ivr menu by pressin *** throught my phone

HI, i'm trying to access my ivr menu by pressing *** to find out my ip adress but i can't.
Plus when i follow the steps to reset my ht702, i can't
Is there another way to find out my ip adress or to reset my ht702.
