I would like to know how to change my phone number to a new phone number.

It's not an easy thing to do unfortunately.
If you are using one of the free services (Fongo mobile app or FPL desktop app) then just delete the account and set up a new one. (read links below if you have bought world credits or text credits)
If you are using FPL and have bought the config file, or you use Fongo Home Phone - You will have to open a support ticket and ask there (see sig for links).
They don't normally allow people to change their number, but if you catch someone on a good day and there is a good reason for wanting to change your number then you may get lucky.
