How to Cancel Fongo Home Phone

My Mom has decided to cancel her Fongo account. The website says to submit the request on the support forum. Is this the only way? She doesn't know how to sign up for the forum, and login to post a question. Is there any other way for her to cancel her account?

Thanks Jake. She said she did try using the contact form but hasn't heard anything back yet. I will double check how she did it, and how long ago.

I just investigated ticket#32958 and that particular account has been closed on Aug 27, 2013.
