I found this and the only thing you need to do is fill in your FreePhoneLine settings where it is "red" if this helps anyone.

Thanks for sharing, but after I input the user name and password into WRT54GP2, the device still does not work. I could not find places to input some settings Fongo sent to me, i.e. dail plan, etc. Any helps?
