Call Forwarding is Not working

HI,
I'm using Freephoneline home phone for the past 4 years, since Monday i couldn't able to forward the calls to my office number. I notice this after a service outage on Monday morning. I have tied every possible troubleshoot from my end, and created a ticket for technical support. Any one experiencing similar problem? and solutions? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

What service outage? I am not aware of any outages recently.

Thanks for your quick response. My home phone didn't work from sunday midnight till Monday morning. I live in ottawa, ontario. I have checked with one of my neighbor who has freephoneline, and his service was down too. I send a email to support@freephoneline.ca i didn't receive any ticket number. I just submit another one now and the ticket number is "request #36674" My main issue is the call forwarding is not working.
