My account worked before but stopped. After reviewing this forum I noticed that there had been an outage at the end of March.
I have set up a soft phone with the supplied account details (that worked before) but I get "That password is invalid"
Has the March 27th password issue been resolved as indicated?

Just to let you know, the issue was resolved last week thanks to the help of your staff.
One has to be careful when copying and pasting the password from the configuration information on the sip tab of the Frephoneline web page, as you may also copies formatting characters. Since the password characters are hidden I did not realize that I had included a tab character.
