Error During Login

I am getting the error message: "Error During Login" when I try to log into my account on the website. I need to get in to change my 'followme' settings. Normally I don't have an issue but it's becoming more frequent on the weekends. I had trouble logging in last weekend too.

Is there a maintenance window during the weekends? Or is it just coincidence? Are there steps being taken to address the reliability? I need a solution I can rely on.

There are steps put in place, and more being developed for the future. Mid-May to Early June we're putting in place some major improvements to our system.
