voice mail problem

I just setup the PAP2T with the dial plan (911|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|011xxxxxxxxxxxx.|98*|[6-7]x*xxxxxxxxxxx.) but when I dial *98, nothing happen. Incoming and outgoing calls have no problem. Anyone have this issue?

I am having the exact same problem. Just set up my Pap2t and it works fine except I can't access the voicemail with *98, I just get dead air. Any help would be appreciated.

Replace your dial string with: (911|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|011xxxxxxxxxxxx.|*98|[6-7]x*xxxxxxxxxxx.)

Replacing string had no effect, already the same as what I had. But I found a post that said to remove any symbols from Display Name. I had a / in my display name, I removed it and now it works for some reason. Weird, but I'm happy it works now!

Ah yes the infamous punctuation. Believe it or not the can cause more hassle then a genuine server / hardware error, since you never think about it!
