It would be so great if you had a feature to block #'s as I had this feature with Primus and this limited the # of telemarketers from calling and now that we aren't with Primus anymore we are getting telemarketers again.
But I do love the quality of FPL

As we dont know If/when FPL will add this option you always have the ability to add your number to the national do not call list in the meantime.

Actually, "blocking" phone numbers don't work anymore... because there are interfaces that you can install on your phone to UNBLOCK any number!!! (www.trapcall.com)

But while it is not possible to Block a # from your FPL account ('though the softphone is capable of it.)
You can redirect calls that reach your ATA to custom extensions.

Anyway, it's a silly automated response number. *goes hunting the dial-string*
