People get busy signals when Calling Us and Can't Get Throug

Hi there,

Quite often people get busy signals when they call us. It's happened from the very beginning a year ago but recently has been getting much worse. It's like the phone has gone to sleep and so people can't reach us. Under our call logs it shows at 0:00 minute calls so the calls are getting to your central database but not past.

We have had 3 routers throughout the ordeal so although one router might be doing it more(who knows) it certainly happens with every one we've had.

Please ignore. I sent a ticket in for this problem and I've also adjusted the router with port forwarding to see if that fixes the issue.
