Hi, I'm having audio problems.
If someone is calling in, I can talk and hear, but if I make an outbound call I can’t hear the caller and the caller can hear me.
I've tried everything even returned the router and got a new. Then went to a friend's place and set up his FPL on the router's line 2.
His phone # worked fine but not mine. This is 2 phones side by side on the same router with different #s one works the other doesn't.
Really hope you can help. Have no phone now since mid September, since i bought this VoIP key and got my phone # transferred. .
no audio on out going calls
