Call Routing options based on Caller ID and/or Time of Day

How's this for a suggestion....

On the website, I'd like to be able to route calls based on the Caller ID and/or Time of Day.

For Example: If I know of a particular caller (or telemarketer), I'd like to be able to offer the appropriate treatment for that call. I could let it go straight to voicemail, or have it transferred to a third number all together (eg: 416-967-1111). This option should exist for time of day (eg: 7am to 6pm) and for day of the week (eg: M-F, 7am to 6pm, S-S, 24 hours).

If you can get that, it would be amazing!

This is a good suggestion and I have already emailed the programmers about this, it will most likely come into effect around the same time as our online payment option, and advanced call forwarding. Though the Call Routing option will most likely be for paying customers (per-month).

Call Routing Mode: Never/Route/

Between __:__ PM/AM and __:__ PM/AM - __________ to __________ (Mon - Sun)
Between __:__ PM/AM and __:__ PM/AM - __________ to __________ (Mon - Sun)
Between __:__ PM/AM and __:__ PM/AM - __________ to __________ (Mon - Sun)

Block numbers : These numbers will be routed straight to voicemail upon them calling.
Number 1 :
Number 2 :
Number 3 :
Number 4 :
Number 5 :

Forward numbers : These numbers will be routed through your FollowMe cue upon their call.
Number 1 :
Number 2 :
Number 3 :
Number 4 :
Number 5 :

Advanced Call Forwarding will more or less consist of :

"FollowMe Mode: Never
When Unavailable/FollowMe/
Always/Forward/
Advanced/Forward/

If you choose "always", the FollowMe service will work as a call forwarding. Otherwise the server will try to connect with your FreePhoneLine number, and if you are offline, or you don't answer on your FreePhoneLine application, the call will be redirected to the FollowMe Number.

FollowMe Number 1 : 1416XXXXXXX Type the area code digit number to forward your calls to
FollowMe Number 2 :
FollowMe Number 3 :
FollowMe Number 4 :
FollowMe Number 5 :

This is the number of rings we will try you at your other number. After which we will play your personal greeting to the caller and record a message for you. [1 ring is calculated as 6 seconds]"

Currently we are working on an online payment option to be integrated into the freephoneline website and there is no ETA as to when either of these will come into effect.

This is a rough diagram of what is already in place and what will be soon to come!!!

Bump

Any news on this feature? The only thing I need from FreePhoneLine (apart from the phone number) is the ability to schedule the 'followme' such that it forwards to different numbers depending on the time of day / day of the week.
